Job Code :	Sister/Charge Nurse Cardiac Unit VR/1120	Our clients based in London are seeking We are seeking a Sister/Charge Nurse for the Cardiac Unit to be responsible for the effective management, organisation and delivery of high quality nursing care and clinical leadership in the absence of the Senior Sister. The post holder will be required to assist with the development of the Cardiothoracic service including strategies for the advancement of their service in support of the Cardiac units overall philosophy. You must be a first level nurse with NMC registration ENB 254 or equivalent, at least 2 Years experience as a Senior Staff Nurse in a Cardiac/Critical Care environment and ENB 998 or equivalent.
