Daycare/Endoscopy Unit Nurse Manager (CNM1)
Our Client a very successful private hospital are continuing to expand their services and are looking for a Clinicial Nurse Manager to join their team in the Daycare/Endoscopy Unit. You will support the CNM2 in the total management of the unit, be responsible for the maintenance of a high standard of patient care which will be achieved through professional leadership, management, education and development of all nursing staff.
Interested candidates:
• Must be an RGN with a minimum of 4 years experience in an acute hospital setting and 3 years experience in Daycare/Endoscopy services
• Possess excellent leadership and organisational skills, together with the ability to lead and develop the team
• Competence in the use of information technology.
• Be registered in the general division of the Register of Nurses maintained by An Bord Altranais www.aba.ie
• Demonstrate a broad clinical knowledge based on Nursing best practice
• Ideally have completed or be pursuing a recognised Management course
