Job Code :	Senior Staff Nurse Paeds T0050/6442	A Senior Staff Nurse is required to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, delivering a high standard of nursing care based on the theory of family centred care. The post holder is responsible for managing the care of an individual or group of patients and the needs of their families/carers and providing clinical advice and support within the Paediatric Unit. Applicants must be a RN8 or 5 with at least 3 years post registration experience within a paediatric setting, and ENB 998 Teaching & Assessing in Clinical Practice or equivalent would be an advantage.
