Job Code :	BAND 5 STAFF NURSES ICU/HDU/ITU	BAND 5 STAFF NURSES ICU/HDU/ITU URGENTLY NEEDED ICU NURSES Experienced Registered Nurses are required URGENTLY with recent proven knowledge of caring for the acutely ill/injured patients within Intensive Care and Critical Care Unit teams. Candidates must be competent to provide skilled assistance in all areas of the Intensive Care and Critical Care Departments and act as professional members of peri-operative teams, providing patient care without direct supervision whilst maintaining high standards in caring for the critically ill patients, administering advanced ventilation and haemofiltration within Critical Care Intensive Care and Interim High Dependency Units in various busy NHS Trusts. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to care for patients who are acutely ill, highly dependant with multi-organ failure, requiring multiple therapies under direct/indirect supervision. They must also demonstrates cognitive skills and physical dexterity, ensuring accurate calculations when delivering complex treatments and therapies A flexible approach to busy working patterns will be expected.
