Medeeca Nursing is urgently seeking an experienced Nursing and Care Co-ordinator to join our Clients care home situated in Swindon.

Our fully private Clients require the applicant to understand the principles of health promotion and the disease process and apply these within their practice. This role is essential for the delivery of clinical care to patients, training of patients and carers, and managing teams of Clinical Support Workers.

PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Responsibility to ensure that incident reports are correct and completed in a timely manner.
-Knows and understands the stated objectives for their area and maintains the quality standards which have been set.
-A lead in the development of quality standards which achieve team objectives.
-Understand the importance of audit in enhancing quality of care.

CIRCUMSTANCES:

-Ability to fully participate in company activities
-Must be a Car driver with clean driving license
-Be prepared to travel
-Be prepared to work flexible hours

REQUIREMENTS:

-RN Adult, RN child, EN (Essential)
-Evidence of continued study (Essential)
-A minimum of 2 years experience (Essential)
-Broad and generalist experience – clinical managerial, life
-An understanding of Clinical Governance
-Experience of working in a high dependency unit including ventilation and tracheotomy.
