Job Code :	Community Staff Nurse F/T B0740/5450	Job Title: Community Staff Nurse F/T Job Ref: B0740/5450 Location: Swindon, Wiltshire Contract type: Permanent Start date: ASAP Salary: Up to £26,000 (Depending on experience) Medeeca Nursing is urgently seeking an experienced Community Staff Nurse to join our Clients care home situated in Swindon. Our fully private Clients require the applicant to understand the principles of health promotion and the disease process and apply these within their practice. The post holder will be responsible for the hands care delivery of patients on nursing packages. They will cover patient training to enable the patient to be independent in the administration of their therapy. Applicants need to have experience of working in a high dependency unit including ventilation and tracheotomy. PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: -To act in accordance with the NMC’s code of Professional Conduct for nurses, Midwives and Health Visitors, Guidelines for Professional Practice and other statutory instructions. -Membership of an organization that provides individual professional indemnity insurance. -Function as a resource for staff within the Region regarding clinical issues in the absence of the Lead Nurse. -To acknowledge any limitations of competence and seek advice and support as necessary REQUIREMENTS: -NMC Registered Nurse -RN Adult, RN child, EN -Evidence of continued study / professional development -1 year post registration experience -Driving License is essential -Paediatric experience will be preferred To be considered for this position please apply below or forward your full CV to nurses@medeeca.com quoting the job reference number for consideration.
