Home Manager - Skipton.
Excellent Home Manager opportunity in an Elderly Residential Setting.
Location is ideal for someone who lives in the Skipton area.
My client is a private care organisation with a reputation for outstanding levels of care. I am working on they're behalf to recruit an experienced Registered Manager to not only continue the excellent work that has been done recently but also play a massive part in the continued development
of the home.
You will need the following:
- RMA / NVQ 4 / LMA / LMCS or equivalent.
- Must have operated as a Registered Manager Within an Elderly Residential Home.
- A detailed knowledge of the statutory requirements associated with Elderly Health Care is essential. You should also be able to demonstrate a sound understanding of the key business activities associated with a nursing home.
- An understanding of budgets is essential.
- It is desirable to be conversant with writing and implementing marketing plans and have an understanding of the importance of public relations activity and its usage in the nursing home environment.
In return for your hard work you will be rewarded with a very competitive £29000 basic salary plus, an excellent benefits package including healthcare, insurance and pension
