Job Code : Clinical Trials Study Coordinator - Cambridge Clinical Research – Study Coordinator – Clinical Trials. The client that Zest Medical is working in conjunction with is a specialist clinical research organisation for exploratory and early phase clinical development. The client’s unique intellectual capital and service-driven culture makes them a credible contract drug development partner for clinical trials.

The purpose of the role will be to contribute to the planning, coordination, and implementation of clinical and laboratory studies in a manner complying with ICH Good Clinical Practice. The successful candidate will act as project leader for appropriate projects, supporting study management and specific project teams in the achievement of business objectives. The Study Coordinator will need to maintain up to date knowledge of any changes in regulatory requirements and develop an in depth understanding of study management input into the clinical and laboratory trials performed at the company.

The ideal candidate will be degree educated in a relevant scientific subject coupled with appropriate experience in a Clinical Research related role – it is essential that candidates possess basic life support skills, intermediate/advanced life support desirable. Applicants need to demonstrate strong communication skills, the ability to work to deadlines, a team oriented approach and flexibility as the role is dynamic by nature. In addition, the successful applicant will be encouraged to use initiative, offering a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems associated with the study coordinator role.
